Applications & selection
Cold storage for temperature-sensitive medicines, samples, cell lines, clinical-trial materials, blood products and food; feedstock for diacids, polyamide engineering plastics and nylon 1011/1010; also used in adhesives, lubricants, synthetic rubber, rust removers, latex solvents and chlorinated paraffin.
Selection also depends on target temperature, thermal load, packaging and charge/discharge conditions.
